By creating an account, booking a free trial, or subscribing, you agree to these terms.
Accounts
- You must be 18 or older to create an account. Children attend classes under their parent's account.
- Don't share your login outside your immediate family.
Free trial
- The free trial includes two 30-minute classes. No payment details are required.
- After you submit a trial request, our team matches you with an instructor and confirms your class times within 24 hours.
Subscriptions & billing
- Plans are billed monthly through PayPal. No contract — cancel anytime from your dashboard and keep your classes until the end of the paid period.
- 1-month money-back guarantee on your first paid month.
- Refund requests are made from your dashboard and reviewed by our team.
- If a renewal payment fails we'll retry and email you; subscriptions unpaid after 14 days are cancelled.
Scheduling
- Reschedule or cancel any class up to 4 hours before its start.
- Weekday plans include makeup classes for missed lessons; the Weekend plan offers makeup classes for a small fee.
Class recordings
- Classes are recorded for child safety and teaching quality. Recordings are private to your family and your instructor, available from your dashboard for 30 days after each class, then permanently deleted. See the Privacy Policy for details.
- Don't record, download, or redistribute class content without written permission.
Conduct
- Instructors communicate with students and parents only through the platform — never privately. See our child-safeguarding policy.
- Treat instructors and staff respectfully; we may end service for abusive behavior.
