Common questions
Everything parents ask before they start.
How does the free trial work?
Your trial includes two 30-minute classes with one of our teachers. No payment required, no credit card. We confirm your class times within 24 hours, and after the trial you decide if you'd like to continue.
What ages do you teach?
Children from age 4 through adults of any age — many of our students are adults returning to the Quran.
Are female teachers available for daughters?
Yes. Four of our twelve instructors are female. Set your teacher-gender preference when booking.
How are classes conducted?
Classes happen inside our parent dashboard via embedded Zoom video. No software downloads. No external account to set up.
Are sessions recorded?
Yes — child classes are recorded by default for safety. Recordings are private to your family, watchable from your dashboard, and automatically deleted after 30 days.
How do I pay?
PayPal (also accepts credit and debit cards). Monthly subscription, cancel anytime, 1-month money-back if not satisfied.
Is there a setup fee or contract?
No setup fee. No contract. Pay month-to-month, cancel anytime from your dashboard.
How does the sibling discount work?
Each additional child on your parent account gets 10% off their plan — message us from your dashboard when you enroll a sibling and we apply it to your subscription.
What if my child misses a class?
All weekday plans (Standard, Weekdays Lite, Weekdays, Full Weekdays) include free makeup classes. Weekend plan: makeup classes available at a small fee.
What happens if we need to change a class time, or we miss one?
From your dashboard, open the class and choose “Can’t make this one?”. More than 12 hours before the start, you can propose another time from your teacher’s open slots — the class stays where it is until they agree, and you’ll be told either way. Inside 12 hours, or if the class has already begun, tell us anyway: your teacher stops waiting, and they can give the class back as a makeup at no extra cost. Either way nothing is lost by telling us.
What languages do teachers speak?
All instructors teach in English, Urdu, and Arabic.
