- Reading 2- and 3-letter words
Weeks 5–6
Tanween, sukoon, and shadda
- Long vowels (madd letters)
- Sukoon (no-vowel marker)
- Shadda (doubled letters)
- Tanween rules
Weeks 7–8
First surahs
- Surah Al-Fatihah letter-by-letter, then full
- Surah Al-Ikhlas, Al-Falaq, Al-Naas
- Reading the Mushaf with confidence
