Child Safeguarding Policy

The safety of every child who learns with us is our highest responsibility.

Our commitments

1. Every child class is recorded. Recordings are private to you, retained 90 days.
2. Parents can attend any class — at minimum by audio.
3. Every instructor is vetted before taking on students.
4. Instructors do not contact students outside our platform. Ever.
5. A named safeguarding officer receives every concern.
6. Concerns are responded to within 24 hours, always.

Instructor vetting

• Hafiz qualification verified through documentation + audio recitation review
• 2 professional references — verified by us
• Background check where legally available
• Signed Code of Conduct (binding)
• Annual safeguarding training

How to report a concern

Three ways:

• In-class: the “Report a concern” button in every class window
• Dashboard: “Report a concern” link in side navigation
• Direct: safeguarding@quraninteractive.com

For urgent concerns about immediate child safety, contact your local child protection authority first, then notify us.

Compliance

We follow COPPA (US), the UK Children's Code, and GDPR Article 8. Parents register and manage all child accounts; no independent child accounts; no behavioral tracking on minors.
