Why we started.
In 2008 — long before “online learning” was a category — the founders of QuranExplorer.com noticed a pattern in their email inbox. Parents from Ohio, Birmingham, Toronto, and Sydney were writing the same question: “My family lives far from a masjid. Where can my child learn the Quran from a real teacher?”
QuranExplorer was a reading and recitation site. It couldn't answer that question. So we built what could: a one-on-one online Quran school staffed by qualified and experienced teachers, offered at a price a family of four could afford.
That was 18 years and 50,000+ students ago. We are now Noble Education Institute, Inc., a Florida corporation. Our instructors live across the world. Our mission is the same as it was on day one: connect the next generation to the Quran, taught by a teacher who knows their name.
