Delete your Quran Interactive account

This applies to the Quran Interactive app (Android) and the website. They share one account, so deleting it in one place deletes it everywhere.

In the app

1. Open the Quran Interactive app and sign in.
2. Open your Account screen and tap Delete account & data. This opens the deletion page on our website in your browser (sign in there with the same email if asked).
3. Tap Delete my account, type DELETE and confirm.

On the website

1. Sign in at quraninteractive.com/dashboard/privacy.
2. Under Delete your account, press Delete my account, type DELETE and confirm.

If you have an active monthly plan, cancel it first. The page tells you if one is still running. Can't sign in? Email privacy@quraninteractive.com from the address on your account and we will delete it for you.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in account, so it can no longer be used.
• Your name, email address, phone number, country and profile picture.
• Your children's names on their student profiles.
• All recordings of your family's classes, permanently and straight away.

Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.

What is kept, and why

• Payment records (amounts, dates and PayPal references) are kept for our financial and tax records. Card and bank details are never held by us. They stay with PayPal.
• Class history and messages stay with your instructor's records, no longer linked to your name.
